ABout Laz
Laz has opened & featured for some of the biggest names in comedy, including Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias, Angela Johnson, Judy Gold, John Fugelsang, Eddie Brill, and Paul Rodriguez.
Winner of the 2007 HBO NYILFF best short film “REWIND.” He was also a featured comedian in the 2007 Hollywood Latino Laugh Festival and 2008 TBS Las Vegas Comedy Festival.
In 2011 Laz became a cast member and writer for “The Tunite Show con Lorenzo Parro”, on NBC/Telemundo. In 2015 he was cast in the feature-length comedy, "The Stockroom," with Victor Cruz
After 20 years in comedy Laz took a year off in-order to lose more than 100 pounds and get himself back in shape.
In 2020 he took home the championship for Stand-Up Comedy at the Meadowlands Comedy Club for the 5th time.
